A big congratulations to our friends at Austin Maynard Architects, and a special mention to the architect Natalie Miles, on making the Dezeen Awards Long List for the Urban house category.
Austin Maynard’s Union House is a bit revolutionary in the Melbourne market. It is one of the first houses to explore the potential for CLT construction in a tight inner-urban block. The results are quite stunning. We are sure the Dezeen Awards recognition is not the first accolade this project will pick up.
It was a real pleasure to be on the team on this project and help introduce CLT into mainstream construction.
