Judged by its scale alone, this project would not seem to be of great significance. However, the story behind it means that it is one of the most important structures built in Australia in 2018.

This lovely coastal abode is the first structure built in Australia, from Australian CLT. It was XLam’s first project delivered from their Wodonga plant. Therefore, this project marks the beginning of the local Mass Timber industry in Australia.
