Exciting new additions to the Vistek team

Vistek has been growing and evolving for over 20 years. We have been lucky enough to have many brilliant engineers join our team in this time. The last 5 years have seen a rapid rise in demand for mass timber and CLT projects in particular. We have an increasing number of engineers dedicated to this sector full time, expanding our knowledge base and capabilities. We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce some of our latest recruits.

Jeremy Church – Associate | Structural Engineer

We are thrilled to have Jeremy join us as a key member of the executive team. Jeremy is a Structural Engineer with 14 years of design and management experience. Coming to us from XLam, he has extensive specialised experience with mass timber including CLT and Glulam. He has provided engineering design, technical guidance and advice for many landmark mass timber constructions in Australia.

Adam Floor – Senior Structural Engineer

Adam joined us in 2018. He brings with him a passion for sustainable building and a wealth of experience in complex engineering design and project management. He has already demonstrated his high-quality work and attention to detail on a range of mass timber projects, including Glulam, CLT and CLT/concrete hybrid structures.

Becky Rabjohns – Structural Engineer

Last year Becky made the big move from the UK to join our team. Working with CLT in the past gave Becky an appreciation for its versatility and sustainability. She took the opportunity of her move to seek out an engineering company with similar views. Becky’s work has often seen her liaising on complex projects with multi-disciplinary specialists. This experience gives her skills essential to good mass timber design.

Celebrating World Engineering Day – welcome to the team

Jeremy, Adam and Becky are already proving themselves valuable additions to our excellent existing team. We’re excited to see what new directions they’ll take us in. As we celebrated on the first World Engineering Day on March 4th, it is the intelligence and passion of our engineers (as well as our draftspeople, managers, and administrative support!) that allow our business to grow and thrive. We look forward to more growth and many new opportunities in the year ahead.
